We work on non-equilibrium problems in quantum dynamics and condensed matter systems. The equilibrium phases of quantum systems are relatively well-understood and can be characterized in terms of symmetry breaking and topological orders. In contrast, much less is known about non-equilibrium quantum matter.
Below you will find a short description of different research directions, related to the non-equilibrium problems in isolated quantum systems and in the context of solid state physics.
